☆ PREORDERS ITEMS ☆
Preorders
are run in order for me to have a somewhat correct estimation of how many
pieces to order! The processing and dispatching time of these items largely
depends on the supplier and length of preorders, but I will always be available
to answer questions If needed~!
Orders
that include preorder items will be dispatched only when said items will be in
stock and ready to be shipped. If you don’t want to wait, I suggest you place
two separate orders!
☆ CANCEL / MODIFY AN ORDER ☆
Please
be very sure your order is correct before placing it! But If there will still
be some problems, we can figure something out, as long as I have not shipped
your order yet, at that point is too late to cancel or modify it, sorry! I
hope you will understand!
However, If the order is still
processing you can reach out to me via EMAIL, indicating your order
number to:

a pre-existing order without being double-charged for shipping
☆ Modify / Update your shipping address
☆ Cancel the order BEFORE it’s shipped
☆ WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? ☆
I try to dispatch all orders on a 3-day
from receiving basis, maximum processing time is 5 working days. Please
note that this does not include pre-order items that will be available at a
later date.
You will be notified by email when your
order has been shipped though!

Please note that no order comes with
tracking number.

No panic! Please let me know what it’s
missing and I will do my best to see if I can do something about it!
☆ SOMETHING WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT! ☆
No panic! Accidents like these can happen,
although I will do my best to prevent it with sturdy packaging sometimes things
are beyond my control! (aka, some MailPeople love to throw and bend packages
that clearly say not to..)
Please
provide some pictures of the damage and I will work on something for you!
Depending on the degree of the damage there will be different solutions!

protective peelable film! Please remove it to have a scratch-less shiy charm!
